Philadelphia Sinfonia Strings

Led by Beth Dzwil

New in 2022-23, the Philadelphia Sinfonia Strings (PSS) ensemble is for students ages 10-16 who are not quite ready for our intermediate orchestra, but who are ready to build orchestral skills that will take them to the next level of playing in an advanced ensemble. Weekly rehearsals are led by Beth Dzwil, a professional viola player and string pedagogue, along with special coachings by Maestro Gary White and Maestra Danielle Garrett. Over the course of the season, PSS will present two performances.
