Members & Parents: Read and review this year's MEMBER HANDBOOK for 2017-2018.

Seating Auditions: All string players, as well as PSP woodwind and brass, will be asked to take a seating audition in the fall. 
PS Strings:
 Excerpts will be posted here (and emailed to you) by the end of July.
PSP Strings, Woodwinds, and Brass: You will be asked to play a solo of your choice for your seating audition.
Seating auditions will take place on September 16 & 23, 2017.

Rehearsal Information for 2017-18

All of the Philadelphia Sinfonia Association ensembles rehearse at:

First rehearsal: September 9, 2017

Philadelphia Sinfonia Chamber Orchestra
Saturdays, 12:20 PM - 2:00 PM
First rehearsal: September 30, 2017

Philadelphia Sinfonia
Saturdays, 2:50 PM - 5:30 PM
First rehearsal: September 9, 2017

Parking:  Reduced rate parking for $8 is available at AutoPark at Jefferson, located directly across the street from St. Stephen's Church. This rate is ONLY available for Saturday rehearsal days and Sunday concerts held at St. Stephen's Church. Please pick up a parking voucher at the front desk to receive the reduced rate.

Holidays: There will be no rehearsals on November 25, 2017; December 23, 2017; December 30, 2017 and March 31, 2018.

Dress Rehearsals: ALL DRESS REHEARSALS ARE MANDATORY. There are no exceptions to this rule. Concert dress is not required at dress rehearsals. All dress rehearsals take place at St. Stephen's Church (unless otherwise notified), and are held the Saturday immediately before the performance date.
