Led by the young musicians of Philadelphia Sinfonia Association, with support from the Sinfonia Board of Directors, we are very pleased to announce that our opening concert of the season on Sunday January 21 will be a benefit to support victims of the hurricane in Puerto Rico.

Purchase your tickets to hear the wonderful Philadelphia Sinfonia in performance, knowing that 1/3 of your ticket price will be donated back to communities in need in Puerto Rico. The concert program, led by Music Director Gary D. White, includes Beethoven's 5th Symphony as well as a special guest performance by clarinetist John Russo in the Weber Clarinet Concerto No. 2.

In addition to the benefit concert, student-led efforts have begun an Instrument Supply Drive to collect small musical items (strings, reeds, etc) for musicians that lost everything in the hurricane. Email us to get in touch with the student committees if you would like to help their efforts!
